Every order is carefully packed and shipped using reliable carriers to ensure a smooth and dependable delivery experience. Our shipping process is designed to be clear, efficient, and hassle-free.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our standard shipping method.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order is significantly delayed, or if the tracking status shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to help locate your shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping packaging
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date
- Email the photos along with your order number to [email protected]
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for a replacement, refund, or credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. LIGHT BY DESIGN, INC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
