3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all content on the website is error-free or complete.

If a product received is materially different from its description, your sole remedy is to request a return in unused and uninstalled condition in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)

  • Shipping Method: Standard Free Shipping

  • Shipping Region: United States only

International shipping is not offered at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For damaged items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Without photo documentation, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
