Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting us via email.

Cancellation requests received after this time frame may not be guaranteed, as orders are processed quickly.

Refund After Cancellation or Return

If your cancellation or return is approved and the item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel and Get a Full Refund?

If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible if the request is made within the allowed cancellation window.

Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address. Can I Cancel the Order?

Address corrections are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the next available options.
